Neawanna By The Sea is an assisted living community located within walking distance of the Pacific Ocean. Our campus offers two bedroom cottages and one bedroom apartments. Each of our residents receives weekly housekeeping services, three meals a day, snacks around the clock and scheduled transportation. We have laundry facilities on-site for the convenience of our residents. Our staff is available 24 hours a day to ensure the comfort of our residents at all times.
