Moore's Adult Foster Care Home

My family member was placed there. The owner said all the right things, but... The residents did not seem to be engaged in any activities other than television. They sat in the chairs and didn't even interact much with the other clients. One holiday, my cousin went to pick up our grandmother to visit with the family - this had been arranged earlier. The owner refused to allow her to take grandma, citing a non-existent cold. Her mother had to call and demand she be released; later the next year the owner placed grandma into hospice care and never notified the family let alone consult them. Now my aunt needs memory care. There is not a snowflakes chance she will be placed there.
