Mistywood in Rosewood, CA is our brand new community that consists of three floors. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a sink, cupboard, refrigerator and an emergency pull cord system monitored by around the clock onsite resident managers. We include in our package 3 meals daily, cable and utilities, as well as scheduled local transportation to shopping banking and appointments. Furthermore, we also have weekly housekeeping and linen services. Just across the street from Woodcreek Golf Club we also have shopping areas and restaurants just walking distance from Mistywood.
