Mission Palms of Mesa Health and Rehabilitation CE

Patients and families beware! Don't be fooled by the impressive looking building. Mission Palms of Mesa Health and Rehabilitation is significantly understaffed resulting in negligent and improper nursing care. While many of their nursing staff are caring and professional, some are poorly trained leading to harmful practices which dangerously compounded our family member's medical condition, increasing costs and length of recovery. The end result was two separate emergency room visits and one hospitalization, ultimately a transfer to another rehabilitation facility. There was very poor follow through from the administration and business office with their responsibilities and verbalized commitments.
