My experience with Medicalodges Douglass has not been positive. My sister was a disabled resident there. There were a few that would steal patient’s pain medication and even perfected stealing pain patches. It is horrible! Plus leave you in urine and feces for 6 to 7 hours at a time. Staff would then get mad that they have to change you. Hope there is a special place in hell for these employees.
