Larry Boyd RN, BSN, CCM provides geriatric care management services throughout N. Michigan for aging clients and their families. Services include coordinating care, attending medical appointments, professional oversight of in home caregivers, providing updates to the family, and facilitating available resources available to the client so they can maintain as much independence as possible.
