Our mission and values are directly impacted by personal experience. Our mom, unfortunately, left us too soon as a result of an illness that none of us were prepared for. We didn’t have the support or information needed to make the decisions that were best for her care in a time where she lost the ability to make her own medical decisions. Going through this process left us feeling rushed and pressured to make life-altering choices on her behalf. This experience dramatically shaped our views on the healthcare system altogether.

I was so glad to come across such a wonderful company to assist with my 85 year old grandmother. From our first meeting with Winsome and her staff they exceeded our expectations with the amount of knowledge, training, and hands on services they provide to all of their clients. Lean on Dee Senior Home Care Services was able to provide an abundance of information that we weren't even aware of, but with their guidance it made it so much easier to know what was the right choice of care to setup. It is challenging being a caregiver and with their reliable nurses it has made this time much easier especially with the daily tasks that you might not realize, such as doctor appointments, managing medications, assisting with basic needs, companionship, and housekeeping the list goes on. Truly if you are looking for an honest dependable company you will be in good hands with them from start to finish.

I interviewed many different agencies to care for my husband who has dementia and Parkinson’s. Many of the agencies literally wasted my time by leading me to believe that they could administer medicine, crush medicine, and so on. Lean on Dee Senior Home Care Services of Severna Park, which is owned by two nurses, immediately understood our needs and worked tirelessly to accommodate us.
