I am a past client
Fist off the pictures are not what it looks like currently. Unfortunately, my mom and our family did not have a great experience there. They couldn’t handle her behaviors, and basically we were asked to find a place that might be a better fit. So we moved her and she is doing so much better (wish we would have done it sooner). She was there about 6 months, went through 4 caregivers and the real bummer for us is we moved her per their request/circumstances and they were not willing to refund the 2 weeks she didn’t stay.
