Koss Residential Care

My Mother was in this Board and Care for the month of July 2018. During the time she was there she was not receiving good care. She only received 1 bath a week, was fed frozen processed foods a lot, dog poop all over the back yard, misplacing her clothes, and medication mix ups. During the 3 weeks she was there we had to do 2 emergency pharmacy runs for medication that had run out but not reordered. They gave my Mom a small bell to ring if she needed help. The family would go to their side of the house from 8 pm until 8am and not respond to the residents calls for help. I really feel that my Mom would have died if left in this facility. We pulled her out and placed her into another board and care. She is doing wonderful now.
