They told us one thing at the interview of all they will do for dad, but once we signed and moved in, wow! Dad needs thickened liquids that we provided. The help didn't remember or couldn't find it. Dad needed help with briefs and clean up. He told the staff, twice, who never returned to help! They combined different medications into one bottle. Dad needed redirecting to stay engaged with other residents and no one knew what I was talking about. When supervisors were approached about things they said, "We'll need to address it at meeting". Dad had fallen out of bed and was there for about four hours before he was helped. He was in hospital twice in the approximate five months there. Thank goodness we moved him out! I would not recommend. DO NOT put a loved one here, but if you do, stay very involved!
