Kalibra Home Care begins with an initial in-home, confidential assessment to determine your loved one’s needs. This allows us to create a service plan tailored to you and your family’s situation.

Once the service plan is agreed upon, we carefully match the clients needs with our Caregiver to successfully carry out the goals we set. We then introduce you and your loved one to the Caregiver, and services begin.

We continually communicate with our families and Caregivers to ensure they perform efficiently. We utilize a convenient web based software called Axiscare to communicate with our families and Caregivers. If at any time you feel the Caregiver chosen for your loved one is not meeting your needs, we will be happy to assess the situation and assign a different Caregiver
