Our Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Social Workers, and Certified Nursing Aides provide exceptional clinical care in the patient's home, after a recent hospitalization, post operatively, or after an acute change in the patient's condition. This care is ordered and managed by the patient's physician, and covered 100% by Medicare, Medicare HMO, Medicare Advantage Plans, and most major insurance plans.
