Continuity of Care
Interim Healthcare is a full service agency serving over 12 counties in West and Mid Michigan. We also offer skilled home health services such as nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and psychiatric skilled nursing or hospice care. We allow our clients to age in place for all services they may need in their home and provide a smooth transition between these services

Methods of Payment
*Hospice and skilled home health care are covered by medical health insurance such as Medicare.
*Personal Care and Support services are covered by long term care insurance or private pay.
*We also contract with the VA to serve Veterans in our community.
*PACE programs and Medicaid Waiver coverage may be available in some locations.
