Innovative Nursing Inc was absolutely professional AND personal. Mary M. was my home health nurse, following a total hip replacement. Her visits became a highlight of my week.The communication was excellent. She took her time, listened, and we laughed and enjoyed her time in my home. Even after I had been discharged from her care, she called to check on what the surgeon's office had to say about a lingering hematoma. It just confirmed that her care and concern for me, as a patient, were genuine. HIGHLY recommend this agency.
