The staff at Bluegrass Hospice was phenomenal and we sincerely appreciate all of those who helped us provide loving care to our mother during the last months of her life on earth. Nurse Fran and her aides were a Godsend while she was in a long term care facility where personal patient care had been lacking and having hospice staff looking after her and caring for her made those months bearable for our family. We were fortunate enough to make arrangements to bring her home for the final 6 weeks of her life where we could personally provide loving care to our mom around the clock. Fran and the aides, along with other hospice support staff continued to care for our mother like she was their own mom. They were never in a rush and she received 3 baths a week which made our mom feel so much better and was a huge help to my sister and me. Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us keep our mother comfortable and loved until she "went home" on May 25th, 2018.
