Home Well was the only one that contacted me. Seemed most were taking off for the Holidays. Hired Home Well for the evening of Dec 18th and it was a disaster! Both (contact - David and the Career) showed up but Career couldn't even straightened him up in his standup chair, let alone change him - not one thing I had been specific to ask for. David then called his Super/owner who he said could do do this, send another, something? but she offered no help whatsoever! She wasn't even sympathetic! I was desperate for help! So invited the Career to return next morning -to help with other things, and she no-showed! Place for Mom needs to do a better job at screening those they recommend! These are serious, desperate times and other desperate families need to be warned about this place, and avoid it completely! Sending an unqualified career is one thing, but when the owner won't be bothered let alone help out in a desperate situation - that is unforgivable. HomeWell is a 'Top To Bottom' failure! Pam Latham
