Susie from HomeWell Care Services of The Cumberland Plateau came into my dad's home to assess my sister, and within minutes immediately took the bull by the horn and was on the phone with her insurance sorting through why they weren't covering providers, had her lined up with 3 different needed therapies, an appointment for her UTI, went over fall risk reduction, importance of diet and exercise, watched her walk, toileted her, and has been a wealth of all geriatric knowledge. My deal breaker is responsiveness, and she is very responsive, which has been comforting when dealing with our loved ones. She even sat in the floor at her feet to examine that little detail! Impressed with her knowledge, counsel, compassion, and passion - a true advocate for this demographic!
