For siblings and U.S. Navy veterans, Crystal Keyworth and Jonathan Lirette, home care is more than just a business; it’s a way to empower seniors and their families and provide reliable care to fellow veterans. Home care also touches them on a personal level. In recent years, the two have witnessed their grandmother’s health decline and the toll that has taken on their mother, the family caregiver. During this challenging period, Crystal and Jonathan realized the crucial role of home care in providing much-needed relief for families and helping seniors live healthier, happier lives at home. Inspired to make a real difference in their community.

Crystal brings with her a breadth of knowledge and expertise in human resource management after several years as an HR director for a defense contractor, helping build the company from scratch to more than 150 employees. Jonathan served as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy for five years before transitioning to the body armor industry for approximately 16 years, focusing primarily on design and operations. Together, the two share extensive experience in business operations and a passion for providing care to seniors, fellow veterans and soldiers injured in the line of duty.

Crystal and Jonathan and their team of dedicated caregivers want to help their clients enjoy their independence and have a greater sense of security living at home while providing peace of mind to their families.
