Homewatch CareGivers of League City, TX

My wife was suffering from end stage renal disease. I had several home healthcare providers that I had used and had less than satisfactory service from them. They always made promises, but never put their words into action. When I had very little hope to receive adequate help, I made one last call to Homewatch CareGivers of League City. I spoke with Ms. Madison and she made me a promise that she was going to take care of us. Then everything turned around. Everyone was very professional. The owners were very caring with my needs for my wife as their client. They had the competence that a healthcare provider needs to exhibit. I was amazed to the lengths with which Ms. Lott and Ms. Madison went to find me the perfect caregiver for my wife. They are not afraid to put extra effort into providing the support necessary, especially with the end of life issues I was dealing with. When my wife was sent home from the hospital and placed on hospice, they even allowed the caregiver to come for a complimentary all day visit to support our entire family during the very difficult time. My wife passed away at home this year surrounded by family. I am so appreciative for everything that these loving and wonderful people at Homewatch CareGivers of League City did for me! Thank you!
