I am very thankful for the caregivers that Home Helpers & Direct Link of Westminster sent to aid my mom. Home Helpers came instantly and made it possible for mom to stay in our house while we worked. Home Helpers & Direct Link helped us transition and adjust to suddenly having a person with Alzheimer's living with us.

This company provides ongoing training for their staff and a strong sense of support provided by a staff of trained professionals. Clients are placed with a caregiver who will not only meet their needs a 100% but develop a rapport which enables both individuals to feel a sense of comfortability. Our family really appreciated the care and support that Home Helpers & Direct Link of Westminster's staff provided when our dad came home from his stay at the hospital and rehab facility. We only had Home Helpers for a couple of weeks but their caregivers did an excellent job taking care of both our parents during that period. When I first contacted Home Helpers & Direct Link of Westminster I was in a panic. However after speaking with Heather for only 10 minutes I felt as if I were speaking to one of my sisters and discussing ways to help mom feel better about her disabilities and how much help she would be needing. My conversation with her made my panic subside and I felt as though I could breathe again. The staff at Home Helpers & Direct Link are professional, courteous, responsive, and great listeners. They have made my life easier and actually care about my mother's well-being. My mother actually looks forward to when her Home Helper visits! I would highly recommend their services.
