When we contacted Home Helpers we were in desperate need of a home health aide for my Father. The owner of this agency was responsive, caring, communicative, and FAST in getting my family what we needed. The home care provider he paired us with was caring, kind, and able to do the work that needed to be done. There were times she went over and above and really gave of herself to help our Dad and our family. The owner was always part of the picture and willing to step in if ever there was a time the home aide could not make her shift. Nice to know there's backup! We felt very blessed to have found Home Helpers of Westlake, OH and would use them again if the need ever arises.
