Not only where their prices affordable they were awesome with the caregiver they sent to provide a bath, meal prep, and activities throughout the day. I called and spoke with Nichole and she was very nice, she came for a home consultation and I found her to be the sweetest person I had ever met. I hired her instantly I did not hesitate. She sends a caregiver out three times a week and the services are excellent for me and my husband. Now I can go to work in peace. They make sure he gets a bath, meals, and does his laundry. This was a big help to me. The best caregivers are very professional and nice in appearance. If I had to choose a In home care agency it would be Home Helpers Homecare. We even have a emergency medical alert system because this was just a freebie for signing up for in home care.

Home Helpers Home Care & Direct Link of Lancaster was God sent for my parents and family. We used them for my 85 year old mother and 78 year old father, 47 year old brother. The caregivers were reliable and trustworthy. They took care of many of the things that previously had to be handled by myself, or other family members, such as housekeeping, meal preparation(and my mother was on a special diet) They did as outstanding job in all their services.

I was looking for a Non-medical Home Healthcare Agency for my Aunt who suffers from dementia. After long months of reoccurring events of my Aunt wondering off while under the care of other caregivers. I reached out to Home Helpers Homecare & Direct Link of Lancaster through a referral and I was well pleased. Not only did we receive quality, professional homecare service, we never had to worry about my Aunt wondering off any more. After the consultation we were knowledgeable about my Aunts dementia and was given a PCA that was a genius when it came to taking care of my Aunt. In addition to homecare service we also received a direct link kit. The direct link provided my Aunt with assistance taking her medication and it works. It was hard keeping up with the medications. The medication dispenser has helped by not missing any doses of medication and has lessen the readmission into the hospital for my Aunt. I am glad that we chose Home Helpers for our home healthcare needs.
