Our Allison Park office opened in May 2003 and has been serving the Pittsburgh and Surrounding Areas for the past twelve years. We have a wonderful selection of caregivers to choose from and will strive to find just the perfect fit. At Home Helpers, we provide a free in-home consultation where we assess the needs of the client and further discuss the services we offer. We then match the client with a caregiver that is best suited for their individual needs, not just the next person on the list. If the client is dissatisfied with the caregiver for any reason, we will not hesitate to find someone more suitable. Our number one priority is complete client satisfaction.
Our dedicated caregivers can provide as much or as little help as a client needs. Our services can include: any of the following: companionship, assistance with bathing/dressing, incontinence care, preparing meals, light housework, errands, transportation to appointments and much more. Two Client Care Coordinators are on-call 24/7 to handle any issues and to fill in when necessary. We conduct supervisory visits on a regular basis to ensure that the caregiver is doing all of the tasks that are laid out in the care plan and to make sure that the client is happy with their care. All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened (references, criminal background check and driving record check) and trained. They are employees of Home Helpers so we take care of all of the employee/employer taxes, the worker's compensation insurance, bonding and the liability insurance so all of the liability issues are covered.
