I was pleased with the care provided by Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington. The caregivers were willing to do even more than what they were expected to do. They were also reliable & trustworthy. It made it possible for me to get out for exercise & do errands, etc. without any fear of my husband being left home & without care. The office staff were very helpful & obliging when needed & especially when needed to deal with our insurance company. They helped relieve what was a stressful situation for me as a caregiver.

My mom fought having in-home care for years and HCAGB patiently waited until we had convinced her, and then have been there for her 100%. The administration office was efficient on helping with scheduling. They were very communicative if there was a last minute change but they always ensured they had an aide. They did everything they could to send someone my loved one already knew.

The Home Care Assistance office would check-in periodically and even do things that were above and beyond their regular job duties. They brought Christmas decorations to put up with my husband. Once they got him up and doing things it got him talking and he was happy as a lark.

My husband chose it. We reached out to a couple agencies. During the interviews, Dan really liked the case manager, Bernadette. Bernadette and Heather also bonded because they had similar stories. The caregiver is very personable, and she is familiar with the needs and conditions of my loved one. It's easy to be insulted by things my loved one might say, but the caregiver is professional and doesn't take anything personally.

I wanted to go with a smaller agency, and I really liked Tom when I met him. His wife, Stacy, came in and visited my dad while he was in the hospital, and she was wonderful. I had a good feeling about them. They always came when they said they would. They do a marvelous job, and I have never had everything look so perfect.
