I am a current client
I’ve lived here for 3 years. I’ve never heard of anyone having bed bugs. I did put a filter on my water because I thought it had a pond-like smell & taste, but I’m kind of picky about the water I drink. The carpeting is business grade and not a color I would choose, but they’re fine. My biggest disagreement with the other reviewers is about the maintenance guy. He’s been nothing but nice to me. He has helped me with a lot of things that probably weren’t in his job description. Is he always delightful? No. He’s a hardworking maintenance who is pretty no nonsense. I’ve seen him take out trash for residents & bring packages from the lobby to people’s individual units. He even keeps rolls of quarters for residents who need them for laundry & can’t get out. And that’s in addiction to maintaining the entire property and preparing units for move-ins. Overall, I like living here. The rent is reasonable, the apartments are basic but fine, & I can socialize if I want or stay in my apartment & mind my own business. It’s very close to tons of shopping, has lots of places that will deliver food, and will be completely eliminating all smoking in the building in a couple months. My only issue with living here is there is no public transportation, but I can always get an Uber if my car isn’t working.

I have lived at this property over three years. The first reviewer is accurate. There are black mold, bed bugs, smelly hall carpets, cigarette smoking, and water leaks. I had health issues after moved in this property due to black mold. The management will not do anything with black mold and water leaks. They just do quick fix cover the problems, but they will not remove black mold. The carpet is hard and will hurt your bare feet. The community center is the place to make rumors and you will not want to come back again. The neighbors talk negative about everyone else. There is no privacy. They will watch you what you do and bring things home. The management doesn't respond to complaints and does not return calls on time. The heating and A/C system has cigarette smell and comes through in nonsmokers' apartments. I was sick a lot when I was living there. The maintenance guy lives on the property and he likes to watch women through closed blinds secretly. Many closed blinds are worn and see-through at night, so someone can watch you against your will. It is not worth it to live there with no privacy and health issues.

I have been here 3 years and not much has changed. After complaining and being asked to leave several times after seeking aid from the board of health, the township and a state representative, I was told by manager that I was causing her problems! There are bedbugs, decayed window sills, black mold. I have posted photos of when I first moved in and that is what I was trying to get fixed especially things that were causing me health issues. If you are a senior, your back and legs will just love the indoor/outdoor carpet you have. And, the unhealthly washer and dryers that tenants pay for, are not cleaned. A few things have been fixed, however, spray painting over tiles that have major water leaks and visable mold to me is not fixing the black mold issues? The place after arguing with them was somewhat painted. The black mold was power-washed off the outside of the building and the decayed window sills were replaced and cleaned up which were laden with bug infested dirt.the indoor common area just had all chairs and tables removed, so if you want to meet to talk (gossip), then you can no longer meet in this common area. I also was told that all outside benches for sitting are also being removed? There is really no one in charge, manager is only here maybe 2 days a week and the maintenance man should only be handling tenant problems. My health has gone down hill while being here and wait lists are up to10 years? I would say all repairs are done cheaply and band-aided
