I would highly recommend Hibernian Home Care. They were very professional, on time, and the owner was very nice to speak to. It helped me to get some sleep as I needed someone to keep an eye on my dad. The caregiver was very kind and thorough. Dad liked her very much. Hibernian Home Care has provided nursing that has been wonderful, and the communication with office and the aides has been good. My sister is being taken to her doctors visits by the caregiver, and she is much more happy having the companionship and socialization. The aide is always on time, is fantastic with her communication, confirms with my sister that she is coming, lets her know ahead of time what they are doing that day, and communicates with me. I cannot say enough about Hibernian Home Care and the support me, my family and my cousin are receiving from them. When I first contacted them I received a return call almost immediately with a wealth of information I had not received from the five home care providers I had previously called. Their willingness to be flexible with the amount of hours we would be able to afford and the level of concern they offered with my family's particular situation was very sincere and caring. The caregiver who currently visits my cousin twice weekly is wonderful and he feels extremely comfortable with her. She communicates with me after every visit so I always feel confident my cousin's needs are being met. I was also impressed with the owners, Cathy and Roger, on their initial visit with my cousin. They spent several hours getting to know him and what our needs would be and did not charge us for their time. The owners continue to keep in touch with me with any information and support that would be helpful as we continue to care for our cousin. In this day and age you don't find many people that go out of their way like everyone does at Hibernian. I could go on and on about them but, to sum it up, they are my angels.

Hibernian Home Care was recommended to me. My mother's caregivers help her get washed, dressed, and then they do a lot of cognitive skills with her which is good. They also keep her active and going which is good for her. My mother's caregivers are always friendly, kind, and they talk to her and hug and kiss her. My mother's caregivers seem genuinely warm and caring. The key to Hibernian Home Care's office staff's success is their communication. They call us to make sure that all our needs are met. There was one time where Hibernian Home Care's owner and Registered Nurse had to come in and fill-in for my mother's caregiver who called out at the last minute. Hibernian Home Care is doing everything that can be done for my mother.

The caregivers provided are hard workers and their knowledge and ability is amazing. They always have answers to my questions and my family member's questions. Additionally, they are very understanding even when my loved one is hard to work with. The office staff is very helpful too, even answering some of my quick questions through text when I'm busy. We are very fortunate in having our caregiver be a great fit for my loved one and wish the caregiver could come over even more. The only service I wish I could get are more hours with the caregivers. Hibernian Home Care was recommended to me and I was impressed with the owners Roger and Cathy when they came out to my home. Not only were the owners personable but also their office staff. They communicate well with any issues I have. In one instance, a caregiver was unable to come and provide services so they immediately found someone who could fulfill my needs. The one thing I have noticed are the caregivers provided struggle with getting to my home on time and are frequently 10 minutes late. Besides that minor flaw the caregivers are very compassionate and personable. They also are flexible with my schedule and I'm currently using them for just 1 day a week. The caregiver that Hibernian Home Care of Howell provides my mother is very trustworthy. They help me with the laundry grab the newspaper for my mother among other things. The caregivers are also not overly pushy, dress professionally, and are very personable. Their office staff are my saviors, they communicate well and the owner went above and beyond to get my mother's schedule to work. I would highly recommend them.

I was impressed with Hibernian Home Care's ability to answer my questions about medication. I was confused about some of Dad's medication and the caregiver we are working with was able to fully answer all my questions. I was really impressed because I've never found that in any company other than Hibernian Home Care. Hibernian Home Care screens their caregivers carefully to match them to the client. The company is professional and very positive. I have used two other companies before Hibernian Home Care and I am much more impressed with Hibernian Home Care as a company and the way they handle care. The office staff is very professional and they go above and beyond the regular call of duty.
