Heritage of Edina provides independent living, assisted living and memory care support. Their community consists of four buildings. They accept residents who are HIV+ as well as those with memory loss due to dementia or Alzheimer's. They will also provide care for diabetes including blood sugar monitoring and incontinence needs. They can provide total transfers with a Hoyer lift.
