Henry Stout in Dubuque, IA is our 55+ property based on income. Some disabilities are accepted but not for families. Built in the 1800's but remodeling and connected the former 2 buildings with an elevator to make it one building. This facility was converted into 31 one and two bedroom apartments opening as a new facility in July, 2002. Inside our apartments we have a stove that has a self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal. Bathrooms all have step-in showers with grab bars for safety. As well we have a pull cord in the bathroom as well as bedroom for emergencies that rings into the main lobby. One of the best things about our location to the residents is that we have a Farmers market that is about 3 blocks away.
