Excellent caregivers at Help From The Heart Caregivers Inc. of Norwalk I highly recommend this agency for a private duty caregiver for your loved one. Jackqueline Smith is the owner and was my mom's caregiver. Her honesty, reliability, patience and ability to laugh with my mom was wonderful. Mom was never so active and happy as when she was with Jackie. On any given day, Jackie's compassion toward my mother was remarkable. Jackie's strong Christian beliefs help to comfort my mom on those "not so good days". It was also something that was missing from mom's life that I did not realize brought joy to her. My mother's needs were always her top priority. Know that if you hire through this agency your loved one will be amazingly cared for, respected and loved.
