After being serviced by many home health agencies, I am in so much gratitude with my Nurse and therapist at Heavenly Golden Years Services Inc of Orlando . I am not the easiest or friendliest patient, however the staff always treated me with respect and professionalism. By far this is the best agency in Central Florida. Everyone is on the same page in communication. I have already recommended this agency to many people

I have such a busy work schedule and it feels amazing to not have to worry about my parents when I'm at work. I would recommend this agency to anyone who wants people who treat you like they CARE and go above and beyond .

Worst service ever. the person on the phone was extremely rude! when we asked to have a nurse that speaks clear English so my 80 year old mother can understand her and be able to communicate . I was told they have no one that speaks English clearly. Was then told they were done and hung up! hold cold, they have no ability to give customer service or the feeling that they care. I don't want these unprofessional cold and uncaring people anywhere near my mom now. If this is how they are over the phone how are they in my home with my mom when i am not there. the person on the phone again was just so rude, cold and unfeeling there is no way I want them in my house.
