People are not knowledgeable about patient care. Can't give prescribed medication on time, don't look at labels. Food for the residents is cold when it gets to them and if they ask for more they are shot down by the staff. When asking to speak with management, no one responds to request. If there were an emergency no nursing staff available, due to only having one nurse on staff. Staff can't even tell what a hearing aid is and throws it in the garbage, then there is no reimbursement for the damaged or lost hearing aid that the staff members threw away. Staff doesn't interact with residents, they are left in their room while staff members are sitting reading or doing a puzzle at the kitchen table. Better care was received at the Canton Regency and through full time in home care.
