Heart In Hand Care Team provides non-medical personal services meaning attendant care, homemaker, and companion services. We offer full and part-time, hourly rates.

The Heart in Hand Care Team, founded in 2015 by Donna Nilsen and Debbie Slater, is dedicated to the preservation of our client's respect and dignity. We strive to give the best care possible because to us, our clients deserve only the best. Their goal was to help clients and their families maintain a comfortable life. This remains a pillar of the foundation on which this company was built.

Our Team

Team members are required to be caring, understanding, loving and professional. They are also required to attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.

Each team member receives a thorough criminal background check, drug screen. and TB testing. Team members are trained in both CPR and First Aid, as well as being universal precautions certified.
