I am a past client
Do not use Healthpoint Home Health and Infusion Services! The nurses did not work with my schedule, instead expected me to work with theirs. My nurse showed up late every week and failed to show up at all twice in one month. I expected an infusion nurse to be able to start an IV with no problem. Instead, she combed my arms with a vein finder and was still unable to locate veins until I pointed them out to her. I was very unsatisfied and uncomfortable with their service and I would not recommend them at all. Patients deserve much better!
