Health Center at the Renaissan

Generally looked understaffed in nursing home but especially the assisted-living. So much turnover! I often find "visiting angels" in there because regular called off? That concerns me and my family. My love one gets confused and needs familiar. How can places with so many wheelchairs call themselves "assisted and "living? No way being cared for safely like that here. Or anywhere. Oh there are some workers you can tell love the people they care for but they can't do it all. Dashed hope new management will bring back better standard of care. This nonsense is unacceptable for $100,000 a year! States do not regulate ratio of how many residents to how many personal care assistants. Why? Just means we will probably get more empty promises and no real change for the better. I am looking. We want safe care. My loved one can't be rushed, it takes time to care right. That should come before the head honcho's wallet. I know what's happening when I am not there to help. More money for the company and less used for workers. If my loved one truly knew what our money was going on, it would hurt my heart even more. Healthcare lies...cost us a fortune.
