Very satisfied with the service provided. The caregivers were understanding and kind and took care of my wife well. Thankful for Haven Home Care Services care. However, I need to tell them that the second caregiver Haven Home Care Services sent was not vaccinated. Maybe, you need to see that all Haven Home Care Services caregivers are fully vaccinated.

My Mom is 96, lives with me and I am fortunate to be able to be home to care for her. I was hesitant to use a Home Health Care Agency, in order for us to go away for a few days. I spoke to several, and then I spoke to Chinney, Home Care Director, she was polite, thorough and very understanding, We hired them and they sent a director to the house to assess our situation, who was wonderful. I felt very comfortable. Our home care attendant arrived on the morning of our departure the moment I met her I was at ease. She cared for my Mom for 4 days 24/7 as if she was her own MOM. We checked in daily and my Mom was very happy and at ease. I would recommend them 100%! Many Thanks to the Staff at Haven Home Care. We will be using you again.
