Harris Hill Nursing Facility LLC

I am really disappointed in this facility based on the reviews that I read and it's so called 5 star rating. I don't know if any of the facilities are great for someone who needs total care, such as my mother, but for the cost, the care should be a lot better. The bathroom in the rehab was dirty when we arrived and I never saw them cleaned, and I was there everyday. There is constant change in aides, so I would arrive at dinner and my mother would not be getting fed because they didn't know she needed to be fed. Her aide once went on break and forgot to get her dinner. I never saw her get turned to prevent bedsores and had to make them do it when I was there. Upon meeting with dietary and telling them she wasn't getting enough water, they said they missed the fact that she should have been on a hydration list. This still remains an issue as she can not drink without assistance. Response time to the call button is horrendous. Today, when I asked the nurse where the aide was since it had been 25 minutes, she replied "what does she need?" I'm so glad it wasn't an emergency.
