At Harmony Home Care and Wellness Solutions LLC, we strive to restore and/or improve the lives of our clients as well as their families. By performing assessments that highlight the needs of a client, a care plan is created by a Registered Nurse in collaboration with any family/loved ones involved in their care.
The personalized care plan is then carried out by our thoroughly trained, vetted and certified Home Health Aides. Our goal is to enrich the lives of the clients we serve, in turn alleviating caregiver stress that may have been once held solely by the family.
