Hand-n-Hand is a Georgia based private home care agency providing quality personal assistance for elderly and disabled clients, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our staff consists of sitters, therapists, companions, certified nursing assistants, and a Registered Nurse.

Our skilled nursing services consist of wound care, post-surgery recovery, feeding tube assistance, and medication administration. Personal care services include feeding, bathing and hygiene, light housekeeping, dressing and grooming, scheduling appointments, medication management, transfer and positioning, and meal preparation. Additional services include 24 hour emergency response, medical appointment companion, appointment transportation and errands.
