We have been in the clinical healthcare recruiting industry for over 15 years. Jason has served as an owner in growing two successful healthcare recruiting firms and most recently served as CEO for Optimum Healthcare IT. After years of running large National Healthcare Recruiting firms, our dream was to start our own business together in our hometown of Jacksonville, Florida.
While researching opportunities for us to pivot into a similar industry and help serve our community, we were faced with heartbreaking news. In the early stages of the pandemic, Alison’s father was diagnosed with a rare, rapidly growing and incurable cancer. We were grief stricken. He was a practicing anesthesiologist at the time and was suddenly left requiring full time care. He wanted to stay in the comfort of his own home, so we started searching for in home care solutions. During this time, we experienced a gap in community resources and solutions. We also experienced the whirlwind of feelings trying to coordinate full time care for a loved one.
As time went on, we decided to make a change in our community by using our personal experience to bring the Hallmark Homecare solution to the Northeast Florida market that we call home.
Our mission is to give back to our community by offering a quality continuum of care solution for aging adults. We are committed to educating families and matching quality caregivers to aging adults that have lost their ability to live independently but want to stay and thrive in their own homes.
