Hallmark Homecare’s expert Client Liaisons conduct a client or family interview to get to know their situation and create a comprehensive Ideal Caregiver Profile. Then, the Liaisons thoroughly vet professional independent Caregivers by verifying their certification credentials, conducting professional and personal reference checks and performing criminal background checks. Our Liaisons identify the client's best matches and introduces families to those Caregivers. The family selects the Caregiver(s) they'd like to work with.

As a clinical pharmacy specialist with nearly 15 years of experience in internal medicine, I have dedicated my career to improving patient outcomes within the hospital setting. Working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, I’ve helped optimize medication regimens for patients facing complex conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, and sickle cell disease. My focus has always been on ensuring safe, effective treatment while supporting smooth transitions home and reducing hospital readmissions.

Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand the many barriers that hinder the safe and effective discharge of elderly patients. These challenges often include cognitive decline during hospitalization, increased care needs upon discharge, limited family support at home, and reduced physical mobility. Serving on the hospital discharge team allowed me to see not only the impact of these obstacles on patients and their families, but also the urgent need for qualified, compassionate caregivers who can bridge the gap between hospital and home.

Beyond my professional background, my passion for home care is deeply personal. As the eldest of three sisters, one of whom has special needs, I have experienced firsthand the challenges families face when trying to secure quality, dependable in-home care. From the difficulty of finding the right caregiver, to encountering underqualified support, to managing inconsistent care, I understand the emotional and logistical burdens these situations create. This personal journey has fueled my lifelong commitment to helping others navigate these same challenges with greater ease and peace of mind.

Coming from a family of business-minded women, I’ve long aspired to merge my clinical background with entrepreneurship. In conjunction, my understanding and passion for supporting aging adults and their families also inspires my transition into home care- where I can help ensure that aging loved ones receive the quality, dignified care they deserve in the comfort of their own home.
