The Caregivers we refer can provide assistance on a flexible schedule based on your needs. We offer flexible hourly shifts, 12 hour overnights with sleep and 24 hour live-in care. Griswold Home Care always considers the needs of your loved one when referring a Caregiver, including personality and other attribute matching. With Griswold Home Care’s consumer-directed model we’ll refer qualified Caregivers, but you will make the decisions!

Griswold Home Care clients are always assigned a dedicated Care Coordinator that will always be up-to-date on client special needs and changes in condition. Our Care Coordinators communicate regularly and often with all clients, Caregivers, and specified family members.

It was a very fast decision for my dad to come home from hospice. Griswold Home Care - Syracuse went above anything I experienced or expected. The aides were caring and compassionate with my dad and our family. Michael has a wonderful team that worked so hard to help us in our time of need. To be able to have our dad spend his last days at home with us was only possible through this team. Thank you so very much.
