All of the Care Givers we refer are Certified Nursing Assistants that provide Average Daily Living Skills. This includes assistance with personal care (bathing/ dressing/ toileting/ ambulation/ transfer assistance ) plus medication reminders, companionship/sitter, light housekeeping, meal preparation and appointments/errands. We offer an “all inclusive” flat rate for any level of service that is required. Additionally, we thoroughly investigate the Care Givers’ work history, backgrounds and skill set as a Certified Nursing Assistant prior to making a referral. We follow the “Golden Rule” and only refer qualified Care Givers that we would trust in our own family’s home. We strive to keep our process simple and as customer friendly as possible. We require no deposits, no hourly minimum requirement or long term service agreements from the client . If the client’s situation changes and a higher level of care is needed beyond what can be provided in the home environment, services can be stopped at any time with 24 hour notice. We also work with in conjunction with Home Health organizations, Hospice agencies, ALF’s and nursing homes. When additional care is needed for the client beyond what can be provided through those organizations and payer sources, we are there to assist families at their direction.
