At 80 years of age, I suddenly had a one-time need for someone to drive me and then stay with me for 6 hours after anesthesia for a dental procedure. Despite scheduling complications that arose because of mismanagement at the dental office, Griswold came through and served all my needs very professionally. Adjectives I've used to describe the agency to friends include reliable, perceptive, flexible, professional, caring, communicative, accessible and compassionate.
