Hayley and the other caregivers used from Griswold have been terrific. Hayley befriended both my parents and treated them with respect. She was a true lifesaver! I will call Griswold anytime we need a caregiver.

I can’t say enough good things about Griswold Home Care! They really were a great help with my mother. The caregivers were sweet and kind people who could motivate my less than motivated mother! It really took a weight off of me to have them help and step in when needed!

All of the office staff and caregivers from Griswold Home Care have been superb. Caregivers were on time for their shifts and handled the care for my husband with professionalism and dignity. My husband was extremely ill the past several years and was in and out of the hospital numerous times. Griswold was always there for me, making sure I had the properly qualified and caring caregivers for the shifts that were needed. Every once in a while, a scheduled caregiver might have had to call in sick, although those situations were rare. However, even in the very early morning hours, there was always a Griswold person on call and they would do their absolute best to fill the shift with an alternate no matter what time of day or night it was. Griswold is an excellent company and the staff is so very caring and professional in all that they do, as are the caregivers that work for them. My husband fought a courageous battle with his illness and just recently passed away. I can say with 100% certainty, I absolutely recommend Griswold to any person or family in need of caregiver assistance and I would encourage anyone in need, to contact them. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone at Griswold was always so kind and caring. The Director, Brenda Gross sat with us for as long as we needed to answer any and all questions about what our plan for care would be. Our caregiver Paula was such a joy to work with. She was always early for each shift and so patient in everything she did. She made my grandmother feel very loved and took the time to really get to know her. We truly felt like everyone cared how each individual day was working for us. After each visit I would receive a call to inquire about how it went and any suggestions for change of care. I would highly recommend Griswold Home Care to anyone looking for help with their loved one. With so many options out there it really is a struggle to find honest hard working people that you can depend on.

I have nothing but the best to say about Griswold. My mother has been a client for the past 16 months. Initially, she was very independent and just needed a little extra help for a few hours a week, cleaning. After a stroke 4 months ago, she needs daily care while we are at work. Her main caregiver is excellent with her and is so helpful with cleaning up around the rest of the house, too, which makes it easier on me. The office staff is very courteous, warm, and responsive to my needs whenever I call. I have often needed extra caregivers on the weekends, and each one they sent has worked well with my mother. It gives me such peace of mind to know that she is being well-cared for in my absence and that if her caregiver cannot make it, Griswold will take care of sending a replacement. I have just recently referred a colleague to Griswold, and he was very impressed as well.

Griswold Home Care of League City has been helping take care of my Dad for 1.5 years after Mom died. The office staff Leann, Brenda and Rusty are professional, efficient and very helpful. The home health care employees we have hired are kind, considerate and genuinely care about Dad. So grateful for their service during this time.
