For your peace of mind, all of our Caregivers have undergone extensive interviewing, background-screening, reference checks and credential verification before they are referred to you. We pride ourselves on identifying Caregivers that are ultra-compassionate, highly qualified, energetic, clear communicators, and decisive. WE WILL NOT REFER A CAREGIVER THAT WE WOULDN’T REFER TO ONE OF OUR FAMILY MEMBERS!
The Caregivers we refer can provide assistance on a flexible schedule based on your needs. We offer flexible hourly shifts, 12 hour overnights with sleep and 24 hour live-in care. Griswold Home Care always considers the needs of your loved one when referring a Caregiver, including personality and other attribute matching. With Griswold Home Care’s consumer-directed model we’ll refer qualified Caregivers, but you will make the decisions!
Griswold Home Care clients are always assigned a dedicated Care Coordinator that will always be up-to-date on client special needs and changes in condition. Our Care Coordinators communicate regularly and often with all clients, Caregivers, and specified family members.
