Greenpoint Senior Living Community

A lot of empty promises upon moving in to Greenpoint Senior Living Community. I've been residing there now for almost one month. Plan of care is not individualized as assured. No follow up. No follow through. Need to remind several times of any issues whether it be maintenance or care. Communication is lacking. Complaints fall upon deaf ears. No accountability by staff. Any calls put though go to VM and then after they access the issue with the Resident, then they return your call. No support for a new Resident after moving into the very large building.
