Conveniently situated on the borders of Pasadena, Deer Park and La Porte, Grand View Memorial Park and Bethany Cemetery has served area residents since 1952. Stately oak trees and many secular and religious features accented by memorials of beautiful and unique designs enhance the park setting. The beauty of the cemetery will be maintained in perpetuity through an established and carefully managed endowment care fund.
Grand View is part of the Dignity Memorial® network of more than 1,600 funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers. We offer complete funeral, cremation and cemetery services, including assistance with memorial estate planning, pre-funding of final expenses and memorial design.
In 1996, Grand View Funeral Home was constructed adjacent to the cemetery to offer services for families through one convenient location. Through the assistance of trained Dignity Memorial service providers, our professionals create meaningful tributes honoring the life that is being remembered. Facilities for memorialization and funeral ceremonies are available in visitation and staterooms and the funeral home chapel. At Grand View, families have many venues in which to honor their loved ones, including two pavilions on the cemetery grounds. Rights of sepulture are available in beautiful lawn interment spaces, mausoleum entombment within crypts in the Last Supper Mausoleum and in lawn crypts in the Garden of Joseph.
The option to purchase and design a private family mausoleum is also available. For families selecting cremation, marble niches are available in the Last Supper Mausoleum. The Garden of Serenity, Grand View's first upright monument section was opened in the spring of 1998, giving families the opportunity to memorialize their loved ones with a uniquely designed upright monument or statue. At Grand View each staff member is committed to a standard of excellence, ethics and compassion that guides them as they help client families bring honor and recognition to the lives of their loved ones. We call it 'The Dignity Promise.' We value the trust placed with Grand View by our families and it serves as a constant reminder of our commitment.
