I really loved my caregiver at Good Hands in Home Care. I am only giving 4 stars because they don't service UTAH. They are only located in California. I am relocating with my sister where her and her husband will take acare of me. But, I really wanted my caregiver to go withme.

I can't begin to tell you how good this company has been to me and my family in the time of difficulty and need. When the pandemic hit, The nose in the air company that I hired walked out on me and my husband because we had covid and they were afraid and didn't know what to do. I was referred to good hands by a member at my church. The staff at Good Hands came in and took charge! Cleaned my house and sanitized it, did all the groceries, picked up our meds all while we quarantined. Now, I could afford 24/7 so they checked in with us in person and on the phone 3-5 times a week until we recovered. You just can't get good help from good people like that anymore. Folks who really care.

I love Good Hands in Home Care. Not only did they take good care of my parents. But they took care of me! I was a rotten mess and didn’t know which way to turn when the Kaiser Vallejo social worker gave me a ton of brochures and a list to call. I thought, Just great. My Dad has suffered a heart attack right in the middle of my Moms knee surgery. I didn’t need homework. I called 2 agencies that hardly seemed helpful. My 3rd call was to Good Hands in Home Care. Who after they asked what prompted my search for home care and I told them. The voice on the other end sweetly asked, .”... And how how are you holding up?” I practically melted in her hands. I had such a loaded answer. I hadn’t slept in days. My jet setting little 40 year old brother was absolutely no help. But, Now I had comfort knowing I was in the right place.

Took me only one 40 minute meeting to fall in love with Good Hands In Home Care. After my Dad's hip replacement and stay in the convalescent hospital, the discharge nurse gave me a pamphlet with a dozen or so home care companies listed. None of them were worth a hill of beans. I decided to take my search online. I found Good Hands right here. It took just my first interaction with Charise to know I had the right one. I am so lucky to have found just the perfect agency for my parents. They get care I can afford and with real professional nurse assistants too. I will never let Good Hands in Home Care go.

I can sum it all up in this: This company gave my Mum her life back. After losing my dear Dad, My Mum was depressed and on the slippery slope of giving up she was. My Mum didn't want to both us kids and felt helpless until we call good hands. Now she has a great caregiver tht we all love and the management staff really looks into her for us with a watchful eye. she has her stride back. We are very happy and would recommend that anyone give them a try.

A police officer gave us their business card and referred us to use Good Hands in Home Care. We came in contact with him when we found out that my Grandparents suffered a fall at home alone. They had to call 911 to get the fire department out to help lift them both up. My grandmother tried to break the fall of my grandfather who was a fall risk and they both ended up on the floor. Then we went on AgingCare to look up other information about them. We couldn't be happier with their service and attention to detail. That was all the endorsement we needed from local law enforcement. Great company and referred by the best in blue!

I really love working at Good Hands In Home Care. This is really a family oriented business. When I initially started in 2014. I didn't have the money to buy the scrubs I needed. One of the managers, gave me brand new scrubs she no longer needed since she they didn't fit her anymore and no longer worked directly with clients. This is a friendly work environment. Our holiday parties are the best! I am sticking with Good Hands in Home Care. They truly care about their employees.

I was referred to Good Hands In Home Care of Fairfield directly by a Solano County Health and Social Services Social Worker for the care of my 98 year old Grandmother. Kay and Charise jumped right in to assist my family. We felt as if we'd known them for years. They cook, clean, transport her to Doctors appointments, They even do all of her shopping and errands. There are too many good things to say about Good Hands In Home Care. You will love how personable and friendly the caregivers and staff are! They are extremely helpful with resources and assistance. They truly make you feel as if they are a part of your family . I only wish I could take them to Washington with us when relocate in the fall. I highly recommend this agency for your loved ones. My Dad is 91 years young and thriving thank to the staff at Good Hands in home care. When we hired them he was so depressed after the death of my Mom. My other extended family is blown away at how much he has progressed.
