Golden Manor Rest Home is disgusting, filthy, and the people living there are uncared for. It's the most revolting place I would ever want a loved one to go. If you don't believe me go check it out yourself. They treat the residents horribly and the rooms are filthy. I truly believe they're stealing money. I take care of someone living there, and they won't give my friend their monthly allowance or provide an ID card. Everyone should have an ID card on them. The state of California needs to do a thorough investigation.
