I use Golden Heart Senior Care to preform our quarterly weigh-ins at my district offices in Columbus and Dayton. I have been using the same 2 people since July 2016. They are very reliable and very accommodating when it comes to picking a date that agrees with all the other district offices. They promptly send the information to me as soon as the weigh in is over. I will continue to use them as long as our program is in place which will probably be for many years. I would definitely recommend then to anyone wishing to use them in this capacity. Also, the prices are reasonable.

Golden Heart Senior Care was bad. It wasn't so much the caregivers fault, but they were poorly trained. One girl actually came and left after she found out what she had to do to care for my dad. My mom had someone different coming everyday and she would have to start all over again on how to use the lift and change and bathe my dad. Also they were usually there for a minimum of 3 hours. It's all about making money and taking advantage of the elderly. Shameful place.
